Dr. Tham completed both his fellowship in Vascular Interventional Radiology and his residency from Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, MA. He received his Medical Degree from Vanderbilt University and his Bachelor of Science degree, Magna Cum Laude, from Duke University.

Dr. Tham is board-certified in Radiology and is a member of the Society of Interventional Radiology, Radiological Society of North America, American College of Radiology and Wisconsin Radiological Society. He has authored and co-authored numerous professional articles.
